Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Item must be returned in its original packaging
All tags must remain attached
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Sports bras
Offers
Sale or discounted items (excluding promo codes)
Bundles (bundles are considered sale items as they are offered at lower prices than individual products)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
